This panel discussion brings thought leaders together to create a forum for thought and discussion around tenants of love that should be considered when leading people in today’s business environment, and how those considerations can help to shape thriving teams, and organizations.

Who is a leader? And is “love-driven leader”; another way of saying, “the boss that one can walk all over”? Chris Lowney will challenge our assumptions about leadership and will help us to imagine how a loving attitude might make a leader more effective in serving stakeholders. During this interactive session, Chris will present his ideas and invite participants to share their own experiences and insights.
Chris Lowney currently vice-chairs the board of CommonSpirit Health. He has authored six books, including the bestselling Heroic Leadership, which has been translated into eleven languages and was named to the recommended reading list of the Commandant of the US Marine Corps. He has also authored Pope Francis: Why He Leads the Way He Leads; and, most recently, Everyone Leads: How to Revitalize the Catholic Church, which won a Catholic Press Association award.
