Biographies

 

Niti Agrawal - President

Niti brings over 17 years of marketing and management experience to her clients. Prior to founding Stage 4 Solutions in 2001, she was the Director of Product Marketing for Agile Software, a leading provider of Product Lifecycle Management solutions. Previously, at HP, Niti led the team responsible for a $400M PC server product line. In this role, she was responsible for managing channel inventory, forecasting, pricing, service and support operations, end of life transitions and new product introductions. She was a certified CPA, early in her career.

Niti has been a frequent speaker at industry associations, Astia, Silicon Valley Product Management Association, Software Development Forum and the Business Marketing Association, and at leading business schools - Stanford University, Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, and Santa Clara University.

Niti has an MBA from Stanford University and a BS in Accounting and Finance with highest honors from The Wharton School of Business. She currently serves on the board of the Northern California Business Marketing Association.


Nam Tran, Sr. Director of Account Management and Marketing

Nam has over 10 years of sales and client management experience from SaaS startups and marketing agencies. He has a unique ability to understand a client’s business challenges and can identify solutions to address the gaps that a client faces. With a digital marketing background, Nam has helped both B2C and B2B marketers ranging from clients such as Caesar’s Entertainment, Match.com, eBay, Dell, and many more; in implementing an orchestrated digital communications strategy leveraging multiple channels to increase sales and engagement.

Nam holds a BS in Marketing from San Jose State University.


Jane Rayskaya, Accounting and Operations Manager

Jane has extensive accounting experience through senior accountant and management roles in small to mid-size companies located in the Bay Area. Most recently, Jane worked for the last 6 years as a Senior Accountant for Crimson Consulting Group, a marketing consultancy firm. She was involved in all aspects of accounting, payroll and cash management.

Jane holds a BS in Accounting from St.Petersburg University, Russia.
